Amenities The Library Ballroom can comfortably accomodate 200 people, with ample room for food, a band or DJ, and floor space for dancing. The following items are available with the standard rental of the facility: 6 - 60 inch round banquet tables (seats 8-10 people) 2 - 8 foot rectangular tables 60 - black metal folding chairs 8' x 12' stage (can be divided into 8' x 4' sections) warming kitchen for your caterer. Arrangements may be made for rental of additional tables or chairs. To help minimize the stress of rental and delivery, we'd be happy to rent them for you. You are welcome to provide us with a diagram of how you would like the tables and chairs arranged for your event and we'd be happy to have them ready for table clothes upon your arrival.
